Membership Cards & Charter Certificates

The BSA is committed to putting tools in the hands of our volunteers. For several years now, individuals and unit key 3 have had access to print membership cards through my.scouting.org, as well as having access to unit rosters and member ID numbers for their registrants.  New this year, members of the unit key 3 will also be able to print their Unit Charter Certificate through my.scouting.org.

Below, please find instructions on how to print both your individual and/or unit’s membership cards, as well as your unit’s Unit Charter Certificate (for the unit key 3).  We hope that this transition to online availability of the membership cards and Unit Charter Certificates will be even more efficient and timely for our volunteers and units, and that it will enhance the onboarding experience for new youth and adults.

Please be aware, due to this change, our council will no longer be printing and mailing membership cards to council and district volunteers, or traditional Scouting units, nor will we be printing and delivering Unit Charter Certificates.
