Scouting Show and Tell: Sea Scout vessels

Ahoy there! It’s time for Show and Tell, where Scouters show their favorite photos and tell the story behind them.

This time, we’d like to see your Sea Scouting ship’s vessel. It can be a kayak, canoe, sailboat or something quite larger. Not every ship needs to own a boat; some councils and other community organizations have paddlecraft and small boats that Sea Scouts can use. Read more about Sea Scouts that you might not know here or watch the video below.

If you’re involved in Sea Scouts, share a photo of your vessel and tell us a little bit about it and some of the fun trips your unit has taken.

Just visit go.scoutingmagazine.org/showandtell. You can also email us at scoutingmag@gmail.com, leave a comment or share via social media using #ScoutingShowandTell.

You could be featured in an upcoming issue of Scouting magazine.

We also want to see other ways you make Scouting great, so if you have a funny skit, cool activity uniform or neat neckerchief slide, send them our way as well.
