- Campership Applications – The Sequoia Council is committed to ensuring that Scouts have the opportunity to attend camp, and as such, we provide scholarships to those in need to help them realize their camping dream. All units are encouraged to participate in the annual popcorn sale to help Scouts earn the money necessary to attend Boy Scout Summer Camp or Cub Scout Day Camp. Deadline April 1st, 2024.
- Medical Form – The medical form put out by National Boy Scouts that will be used by youth and adults for ANY scouting event from National Jamboree to Local Summer Camps.
- Camp Drug Administration– Do you have a scout or adult with prescription medication that is coming to camp. Please fill out this report and turn it into the Camp Medic at check-in at Camp Chawanakee.
- Firearm Permission Form – Any youth who wants to take take the rifle or shotgun shooting merit badges or use them during free time needs to have this permission slip filled out for Camp Chawanakee. rifle shooting waiver form california firearms permission form
- Camp Map – A map of Camp Chawanakee and the campsite locations as well as the areas.
- AB 506 Compliance – California units ONLY – Council verification of AB 506 compliance for all registered adult members attending camp.
