Julian Mendoza dedicated his Eagle Scout project to helping his fellow Central Unified students during their summer semester. Julian sewed and donated 250 masks to students attending their first day of summer school at Tilley Elementary. He did all this with materials donated from friends, family, and fellow troop members.
