All Scouts should experience the “wonderful world of camping” that Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA has to offer. The Sequoia Council is committed to ensuring that Scouts have the opportunity to attend camp, and as such, we provide scholarships to those in need to help them realize their camping dream. All units are encouraged to participate in the annual popcorn sale to help Scouts earn the money necessary to attend Boy Scout Summer Camp, Webelos Adventure Camp, Cub Scout Day Camp or National Youth Leader Training.

INSTRUCTIONS TO PARENTS OR GUARDIAN'S IN APPLYING FOR CAMPERSHIPS Any Scout / Cub / Venturer can qualify for a campership for any Sequoia Council Event. Camperships can cover up to half the cost of the event they are attending. The family and unit are responsible for making up the difference to attend. Camperships are not transferable to another youth. Please list only one Scout / Cub / Venturer per application. The campership form must be completed in its entirety in order to be processed. Please note we will remove camperships if your unit is due a refund. If your Scout / Cub / Venturer applied for a campership we recommend you do not pay in full until all camperships have been settled. We will not give you a refund back for camperships. You can fill out the campership application. When you have filled out the application completely, mail to the Sequoia Council, Boy Scout of America, 6005 N Tamera Ave., Fresno, CA 93711. Your application will be held in the strictest of confidence. It is very important that ALL INFORMATION be filled out. If you do not know which camp your scout plans to attend, or the dates, please contact your Unit Leader.
