PURPOSE: Every young person in the Scouting Program needs and deserves a leader who under stands the aims of the program and knows how to deliver it with enthusiasm and fun – in short, a trained leader.
WHO: All new Cub Scout adult leaders, Tiger Leaders, Den Leaders, Assistant Den Leaders, Webelos Leaders, Assistant Webelos Leaders, Cubmasters, Committee Chairs, and Committee Members who would like camping as part of their pack program.
