Popcorn Product Sale Calendar – 2011

August 18^th, 19^th, 20^th          Council Popcorn Extravaganza

September 1^st                       Show and Sell deadline due to www.trails-end.com

September 16^th                     Show and Sell orders are picked up at the council distribution sites

October 22^nd                         Mid-Sale Rally -

October 25^th                        Show & Sell Popcorn return deadline – 5 PM

November 1st                        Last day to place unit Take Order popcorn & unit prize orders on
                                               www.trails-end.com

November 16^th                       Popcorn delivered to council designated sites                                  

November 18^th                       Units pick-up popcorn & begin distribution to customers

November 29^th                     Popcorn money due to Council Service Centers for the extra 1% commission (Includes payment for Show and Sell and Take Order, can be a Unit Check, less commission, and may be turned in earlier at the Council Office).

December 1^st                         Popcorn money due to Council Service Centers – by 5 PM

(Includes payment for Show and Sell and Take Order, can be a Unit Checks, less commission, and may be turned in earlier at the Council Office).

December 2^nd                        The commission for the Scouting Unit is reduced by 10% (Includes payment for Show and Sell and Take Order, can be a Unit Check, less commission, and may be turned in earlier at the Council Office).
