- Campership Applications
- The Sequoia Council is committed to ensuring that Scouts have the
opportunity to attend camp, and as such, we provide scholarships to
those in need to help them realize their camping dream. All units
are encouraged to participate in the
annual popcorn sale to help Scouts earn the money necessary to attend
Boy Scout Summer Camp or Cub Scout Day Camp.

Local Tour Plan –A copy of the completed local tour
plan will be required of all troops upon check in at the office. You
will need to start this process at least one month prior to arrival
at camp, in order to avoid delays. (requires adobe acrobat reader)

Medical Form
The medical form put out by National Boy
Scouts that will be used by youth and adults for ANY scouting event
from National Jamboree to Local Summer Camps.

Camp
Staff Application want to be a member of the Chawanakee
Staff. Fill out this form and mail it to the Fresno Office.
- CIT Staff
Application Join the Camp staff at the age of 14-15 with
this application to become a Councilor in Training.

Authorization
and Consent Form which is required for ALL participants 17 years
of age and younger.
